Shipping Policy

As all items are made to order please allow 3-5 days processing time plus the delivery time for your item to get to you.  All orders are sent first class by Royal Mail who will then aim to deliver next working day. NB items are not sent using a tracked service as this makes the postage too expensive.  If you would like your item tracked please get in touch.

Royal Mail will not deem an item lost until 10 days after posting. So please be patient before contacting us to say your item hasn't arrived.  If after this time you still haven't received your package please contact us and we will look into it for you.
