What You Need to Know
- Our production time is approx. 3-7 working days unless stated otherwise.
- All items are then posted via Royal Mail, please see our delivery section for more information. We offer a choice of delivery options on checkout.
Refund Policy
In Order to be eligible for a refund, you will have to return the item within 30 calendar days of purchase. The Product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. (if your item has been damaged during transit please contact Royal Mail to make a claim).
(all items are photo documented during final packing process and before handing to Royal Mail).
After we receive the item we will inspect it and begin to process your refund. The refund will be processed in the original payment method that you used during purchasing.
if the item is damaged in any way or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
We do have some items that we are unable to resell after initial purchase so are unable to refund on these items, these include the following:
- Personalised items - please check wording and spelling before completing your order.
- Hygiene items such as earrings.
- Custom items
- Your creation items
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and issue a full refund.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
- We will be happy to exchange items to the same value of the original item purchased.
- Items must be returned to us within 30 calendar days of purchase and be in the same condition as received and undamaged. (for items damaged in transit please contact Royal Mail to make a claim). To be eligible for refund.
- Personalised, Customised and Hygiene items can not be refunded after production completed.
