Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs are included in the listings, so the price you see is the price you pay - no hidden costs!

Ready made items will be shipped in 1-3 business days via Royal Mail 1st Class.

Custom orders will be shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class, timings will depend on the size of the project, but most will be 1-5 business days. Individual listings will include this information.

Refund Policy

Custom orders are not refundable.

Ready made items can be returned for a full refund if they are faulty or broken.

If you have any trouble with an item, please get in touch to discuss a resolution.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

I cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

There will be a 24 hour grace period for custom orders once the design has been finalised. In this time ideas (colours, finishes, etc) can be changed. After 24 hours no more changes can be made.
