Description

Fragrances included are:

Sauvage – A cool unflappable fougere where crisp bergamot and mandarin combine with geranium petals, olibanum oil, fresh lavender sprigs, patchouli, moss and warm nuances of precious amber and musks. 

Leather & Tobacco – A rich warming accord with top notes of citrus and herbal on a heart of jasmine, tobacco, leather and a hint of raspberry supported by a base of cedarwood, musk, amber, smoky vetiver and moss.

Grey Vetiver – A rich sophisticated woody accord opening with top notes of lemon and grapefruit followed by a heart of jasmine and lily warmed with nutmeg and pimento resting on a rich base of patchouli, vetiver, cedar, orris, amber and musk.

Whiskey – A warm intoxicating whisky scent which is further enhanced by subtle notes of barley, hops and rum.

Ombre Leather – A rich sensual leather fragrance with suede fused with precious woods of sandalwood, patchouli, velvet woods, tobacco and amber. These are harmonised with violet, regal iris, musk and jasmine.

Greenhouse – An authentically humid scene depicted here by this aromatic blend of juicy sun ripened tomato plants that rest on well-watered lush green vines which are sustained by a fragrant base of damp organic soil.

Millions – A woody spicy accord opening with grapefruit, blood orange, mandarin, lemon , lime, bergamot and mint combined with spicy nutmeg, cardamom, cinnamon and clove with green leaf, galbanum green violet and fruity hints of apple, cassis and plum on a heart of lily, rose, gardenia, freesia, jasmine, violet and orange blossom with base note  of cedarwood, sandalwood, amber, tonka, sweet vanilla and musks.

Boss in a Bottle – Citrus bergamot with notes of basil, hints of fruity green and a subtle ozonic freshness layered with intense musk, soft amber woods and cedar, jasmine, white lily and sweet vanilla.

Shipping Policy

Current turn around time for all orders made in house is 2 weeks. All in stock items will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.

We currently ship on a Thursday, your order will be shipped on the next shipping day after fulfilment.

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail when under 2kg and DHL when 2 - 5kg and can be tracked via their site.

Postage costs are calculated by weight

If you do not receive your order within 14 working days of your shipping notification please contact us on jaxnboohandmadedelights@hotmail.com and we will endeavour to work with you to find a solution.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at jaxnboohandmadedelights@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
