Shipping Policy
I aim to turnaround orders in 1-2 weeks approximately. All items will be posted Royal Mail 2nd Class.
UK shipping only.
(Longer lead times may apply at busier periods ie: Christmas, due to quantity of orders)
Refund Policy
Returns and refunds are not excepted unless damaged or lost in transit.
Items are packaged securely and carefully in the aim to be delivered to you safely via Royal Mail. I will however remake/refund items if they have been damaged or lost in transit.
I will require photographs of the damaged goods and for the buyer to return them to me within 14 days of receiving it.
Personalised items are not eligible for return or refund.
If an item has arrived damaged I will cover return post fees.
