I’ll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on delivery method and the carriers performance.
If items are damaged on receipt, I am happy to refund the purchase price, if you contact me within 14 days of receiving the item, with a photograph of the damaged item, clearly showing the damage, on the day of receipt. Once you have contacted me with a photograph I will arrange the refund.
I gladly accept returns of damaged goods, for most items, if you contact me within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item on the day of receipt. And if items are dispatched back within 30 days of delivery (proof of posting will be necessary).
I do not accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items CANNOT be returned.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:
1) custom or personalised orders
2) perishable products (like food or flowers)
3) digital downloads
4) intimate items (for health/hygiene reason)
Conditions of Return:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in it’s original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
